Work-Out Day#1

Today was the first day of my work out with my trainer (which happens to be my husband). Oh and I can already tell my boo-tay is going to be soooo sore tomorrow...wowzers! My wedding is in exactly 24 days, so I am on a mission to get toned up fast! I honestly hate working out (I know hate is a harsh word) but I do lol. Luckily, my hubby is my personal trainer so I get to cheat and stop when I get tired Lol. He specializes in track speed drills and plyometrics, and did I mention it works every muscle in your body...wheeew! I am happy to say that I did make it through day #1 and looking forward to day #2...yay! Check out my hubby's blog Multisport King, he has some great work out tips. I will keep you guys updated on my progress :-)

Stay with it Pinky! Once u get over the initial "START" of working out you'll see that it'll get easier. Trust me, I know all about it. I'm First partaker. Good luck!
