Recipe: Golden Fried Chicken Wings in peanut oil

A friend of mine told me about her wonderful fried chicken recipe using peanut oil. I had no clue what peanut oil was so of course I Googled it lol. Peanut oil can be found in your local grocery store. It is an all-purpose oil derived from peanuts. It is pale gold and subtly flavored with the richness of peanuts. It can be heated to high temperatures without smoking, which makes it perfect for deep-frying and sauteing. Now, if you are allergic to peanuts, I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

You will need:
1 lb. of whole chicken wings
Lawry's seasoning salt
Garlic powder
Black pepper

-Fill your favorite skillet half way with peanut oil, and heat oil on (medium) heat
-While the oil is heating up, season your chicken with the Lawry's seasoned salt, garlic powder and black pepper (season to your liking)
-Once the oil is hot, place about five wings at a time in the skillet
-Using tongs, constantly turn the chicken every 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides
-Once your chicken is golden brown on both sides, remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain grease

Wallah!
Enjoy!
